Day gloves ordered from us are usually available for immediate shipment but since we make all racing gloves to order, it can sometimes take up to a month for us to ship racing gloves ordered in our busy season between March and September, plus shipping transit time, so please plan ahead. If you want one of the more common racing glove styles, you will probably get faster service by contacting one of our resellers and although we do not know exactly what they have in stock, you can contact us to find out who is most likely to have the model you want.
To order your gloves directly from us, please review the price list first to find the model number that describes the size, style, and options you want. Make a note of the model number and description and then either call us at 727-300-0484 during regular business hours or email us.
In the subject field of your email type "glove order". In the body of the message include your name, address, phone number and the model number and description of the gloves you want or fill out and email an order form (save it to your local computer first and then fill it in).
If you don't receive an order confirmation in about a day, you should assume that your email didn't get through and that you don't have an order. Please check the email address or change to plain text and send your order again.
Please do not sent your credit card details (see note).
It is very important that you read the pro forma invoice that is shown within your order confirmation email. It is your responsibility to contact us immediately to make any necessary corrections because it includes exactly what you have ordered, when it will ship, where and how it will be shipped and how much it's going to cost you.
Check your online banking or credit union app or website for this feature. If it has the feature, add firstname.lastname@example.org as a recipient and pay the invoice amount due. There is no fee to send or receive funds using Zelle and they are usually received in one day.
ACH Transfer (preferred, US customers only, required for invoices over $1,000)
Look for the feature in your online banking app or website that allows you to make a transfer to a recipient at another bank (not your own). You will need add Harness Designs as a recipient using the routing and account numbers included in your order confirmation email. You will pay a $1 fee to your bank to use this method and the funds are usually received in one to 3 days. Please do not deduct the fee from your invoice total.
Credit Cards/Paypal (OK to use for US invoices up to $1,000 and non-US up to $2,000)
Instead of us storing your credit card details and submitting the charge for you, you can use the PayPal webpage to make the payment yourself, but you have to do this yourself—we cannot do this for you. In most countries you can do this with or without a PayPal account. Click on the link in your order confirmation email at any time on or before your payment due date to be taken to your invoice and then look for 'use your credit card or bank account, continue'. A short time after you make your payment, we will both receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
You must use the link in your order confirmation email to pay your invoice with your credit card. Do not use the 'Send Money' service and do not send an e-check as there is no way to include your invoice number.
Since some spam filters may block your order confirmation email you should check your junk folder and mark me as a safe sender or email me back if you have not received a confirmation within a day and I will send you one as plain text.
Wire Transfer (required for non-US invoice exceeding $2,000)
This method is not recommended for most payments. Similar to paying by ACH transfer, you will need add Harness Designs as a recipient using the routing and account numbers included in your order confirmation email. You must pay the full amount of the invoice, which may include an intermediate bank receiving fee of $10 to $30 plus whatever fee your bank charges for outgoing wire transfers. This method can get expensive quickly so do not choose it unless you have no other alternative. Funds can be received anywhere from the same day to up to 3 days.
Check and Cash
All checks must be in US$ and drawn on a US bank. Please do not send cash.
Other Payment Comments
Please specify your preferred payment method when ordering for the first time or if you are changing the payment method from your last order.
You do not need to email us to tell us that you have made your electronic payment as we will automatically be notified. We will always confirm receipt of your payment.
If you have not paid your invoice by the payment due date shown in your order confirmation, we will email you a reminder but to avoid delay (especially for customized or unusual size and/or option combinations), please pay no later than the payment due date shown on your invoice.
We always ship to the shipping address indicated on your order confirmation (if it's shown--otherwise the billing address), not any address you provide to PayPal.
